Taking Pictures

During todays lesson we took pictures for our magazines front covers, we took these pictures in and around the college. My group decided to do our photoshoot on places such as the stairs, against blank white walls or walls that contrasted with the colour of our clothing. The poses that we decided to go for were either very gangster like to represent rappers or very jokey to represent an r n' b group. Before we took the pictures we learnt how to hold the cameras. Cameras were to be held in a certain way to make the pictures come out as portait and not landscape, this was so that the image could fit unto the page during the time we photoshoped the images.
